Groups and Model Theory conference
In June 2011 an international conference on "Groups and Model Theory" was organised by Professor Lutz Strüngmann. The conference took place in the conference center "Die Wolfsburg" in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
The conference focused on the interaction between Group Theory and Model Theory with an emphasis on Abelian Group Theory. There were main lectures by internationally recognized experts in both fields and plenary talks by young and promising researchers.
